Happy Friday everyone! What are you reading this weekend?
I don’t remember the last time I finished a historical novel in one day. But I couldn’t put this down yesterday!
Working on what is probably my most daunting reading experiment post yet this week, and it involves this book! Any guesses?

Do I regret procrastinating on reading this for a secret TBR post I’ve been working on for a year? Yes, yes I do. ⁣
⁣Wasn’t sure what I wanted to pick up as my first book of 2021, but then I saw the Buzzword 2021 reading challenge from one of my faves, @booksandlala. It was the perfect excuse to pick up Brown Girl Dreaming, which has been sitting on my shelves for YEARS. ⠀
As promised, here is my completed 2020 bullet journal bookshelf. I didn’t read as much as I’d like, but it wasn’t a completely terrible year. My reading stats are on the blog now! (link in bio) ⁣
2020 wasn’t the best reading year. But I just finished my bullet journal bookshelf for 2021, and I’m very excited for a fresh start. ⁣
