I can’t believe it’s already March. February was a rough month and I’m honestly still recovering. To top it off, I realized yesterday that it was the first month in years I didn’t read a nonfiction book (though I did read about half of one), and I’m kind of bummed about it. I honestly haven’t read in over a week (who even am I anymore?) and I need to come out of this slump, so I’m planning on picking up a few books I know I’m going to enjoy.
King of Crows by Libba Bray
I’ve been reading Libba Bray since I was a freshman in high school (so almost two decades now), starting with A Great and Terrible Beauty. The Diviners series is so great, and I am so excited for the finale. I can’t wait to read it.
Come Tumbling Down by Seanan McGuire
I feel like starting with a shorter book might help with my slump, so I’m glad I still have this one on my TBR. I think it might be the perfect book to get me out of my slump.
Since I failed at reading nonfiction last month, I do want to try and read more this month. I plan on finishing The Gene by Siddhartha Mukherjee, but, since it is also Women’s History Month, I do want to read something in honor of that. I’m not sure what yet – I’m open to suggestions – but I do have a few on my TBR.
Other than that, I have a few ARCs to read and a lot of books to catch up on from February. So I think it’s going to be a full month.
What are you planning on reading in March?
